IINET chief financial officer Clayton Hollingsworth will resign from the position and that of company secretary of the Internet and telecommunications group in November. Current iiNet business development manager, Stephen Fewster, will be appointed to the positions upon Mr Hollingsworth’s departure. Mr Fewster is a chartered accountant and an associate member with the Securities Institute of Australia. He joined iiNet in 2004 and had a lead role in the recent acquisitions of OzEmail and Virtual Communities. Before joining iiNet, he was formerly a senior manager at Ernst & Young Corporate Finance.
