Residential Property Outlook New home sales in Western Australia have risen 8 per cent in November, a housing industry survey has found. However, building approvals have fallen 30 per cent to a nine-year low. Economists are citing a lack of credit and financial uncertainty has slowed investors from buying property. So what does this mean for the outlook for residential property in the coming year?
