50% owned subsidiary aiM maintenance Ltd has entered into a Heads of Agreement for the sale of the aiM maintenance business to Simon Engineering (Australia) Pty Ltd, a subsidiary of Henry Walker Eltin Group Ltd for $9.274m

Has entered into an agreement with Extract Resources Ltd to sell to Extract its 30% interest in the Burnakura Project. Extract will pay the Company $1 million (of which $500,000 was paid on execution of the agreement) and, in addition, Extract will assume responsibility of the environmental bonds currently in place ($200,000).
