Perth based company Windy Knob Resources aims to raise $2.5 million to fund exploration work on its Titiribi Project in north Colombia.
Windy Knob will raise the capital through a non-renounceable rights issue to existing shareholders, of one new share for every one held.
31.2 million shares at eight cents are planned to be issued, alongside one new option for every share issued, exercisable at 20 cents.
