WESTERN Areas NL non-executive director David Cooper has been appointed as chairman of the company following the retirement of Don Boyer. Mr Cooper is a certified practising accountant with more than 20 years’ experience in the area of taxation and business administration, including as practice manager for TA Mairs and Co Pty Ltd. Mr Cooper also holds directorships in several active private companies.
