Has reached in-principle agreement with Sprott Securities Inc. Hartleys Limited and Tricom Equities Ltd to raise approximately A$23 million through the placement of 13.525 million shares at an equivalent issue price of A$1.70 per share. Approximately A$11.7 million is expected to be placed mainly to institutions in Canada and in the UK.
