Former Wallaby rugby player John Welborn has joined Investec Bank (Australia) Ltd’s Perth team in a business development role. Mr Welborn brings to the company extensive commercial experience with large corporations as a qualified chartered accountant, in addition to leadership and organisation skills gained from a 15 year career in top level rugby union. Mr Welborn is currently director of the Rugby Union Players Association, board member of the WA Rugby Union and on the board of management of the WA Arts, Sports and Recreation Training Council.
