The Youth Affairs Council of WA is conducting the 2003 WA Youth Affairs Conference on Wednesday October 1 to Friday October 3, at Swanleigh Residential College, Yule Avenue, Middle Swan.
The theme for this years conference is Metamorphosis: Redefining Youth Affairs which is an acknowledgement of the constantly changing environment in which young people live. The conference will reflect on issues such as whether youth affairs service delivery models are still relevant; whether business and commercial models help or hinder; and whether youth work should professionalise.
Registration for the conference can be made with the Youth Affairs Council of WA for $320.90 for YACWA members or $347.50 for non-members for full registration, which includes two nights accommodation and all meals at Swanleigh Residential College.
