Perth-based Victoria Petroleum NL will launch a multi-pronged assault on several hydrocarbon targets this month.
The company, as operator, is currently mobilising a drilling rig to spud the Cadart-1 well on the Gouaro Anticline in licence area PRA 436, New Caledonia, by the end of this month. The plan is to drill to a depth of 1500 metres.
Other projects include the drilling of Kingfisher prospect later this month, with Raven prospect in California’s San Joaquin Basin to follow in December.
