WA-based satellite communications group Bincom Satellite Systems will launch pilot programs over the next few months using its VSAT technology to hook up three remote WA mining operations.
The programs will provide voice and data services to Sons of Gwalia Limited’s exploration division at Leonora, Great Southern Resources’ Badgebup gold project and Comet Resources’ Ravensthorpe project.
Services are also being negotiated for projects near Lake Carey and Wiluna.
