ANDREW Colebrook formed Aust-ralian Corporate Accommodation five years ago after discovering a market for specialised booking services.
Such services are popular in the UK with corporate travellers who want the assurance of formal confirmations.
“From the feedback I heard when working in the hotel industry, many people didn’t feel they were getting personalised service from airlines and travel agents,” Mr Colebrook said.
“They rarely received confirmations and getting detailed information about the hotel and surrounding locale often proved frustrating.”
ACA send three written reminders to hotels before the guest arrives and have a reservation confirmation faxed to the client with in the hour.
The company guarantee to equal or better any special rate clients may have been offered and can book reservations with any hotel anywhere in the world.
