Tox Free Solutions director Michael Humphries has pocketed close to $500,000 after selling a parcel of shares on-market.
The director today notified the Australian Securities Exchange that he had sold 175,000 shares last week, netting $455,500 for the sale.
The transaction priced the shares at about $2.60 each. Shares in Tox Free today closed up five cents to $2.60.
The company recently raised $20 million through an institutional placement and plans to raise a further $5 million, as it prepares for its contract at the Gorgon project and potential other works.
