The Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) Gaining Traction In Perth

BRW Fast 100 founder and serial entrepreneur Sam Keats is continuing his quest to help Perth businesses scale up with his latest fast-growth venture – Traction360.

At its core is the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS), is a business management framework that's sparked global uptake with its 'less is more' approach. It's currently being used by more than 40,000 companies worldwide for greater revenue and profits, with clients experiencing 18% average year on year growth. 

Through Traction360, EOS has been introduced to Perth for the first time. Mr Keats says there's been “significant” interest from Perth businesses. 

“EOS is a powerful business management system because it enables leadership teams to build strong, healthy and profitable companies, Mr Keats said.

“It's designed to make good companies great by going to the root causes of business problems and strengthening components such as vision, people, data, issues and process.

Mr Keats came across EOS a number of years ago. After integrating the system into one of his own companies, the results were so impressive that he was driven to share the concept with others.

Now, as the only professional EOS implementer in Australia outside the eastern seaboard, he works specifically with small to medium (usually 10-250 employees) businesses to clarify, simplify and achieve their vision.

“Usually, these businesses have hit a ceiling and are frustrated by little or no growth. Maybe they've lost sight of what's important, how to define success and ways to get there. They may lack work life balance or the clarity to manage people issues effectively,” he said.
