On Thursday June 12, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of WA is conducting a one day workshop entitled the Fundamentals of Tenders and Contracts, at the CCI Training Centre.
Designed for anyone who reviews, prepares or submits tenders, this workshop will explain to participants their legal responsibilities, documentation processes and the different types of contracts.
The workshop will also cover issues such as, what is a tender; when does a tender become a contract; basic contract law; tender documentation; types of contracts; acceptance of tender; contractual management; and finalisation of the contract.
Tickets for the workshop can be purchased from the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of WA for $341.00 for members or $473.00 for non-members.
