Perth-based Swift Networks has won contracts with clients in the aged care and offshore LNG markets for an undisclosed sum.

Swift announced today it would provide its aged care entertainment content to Rosewood Care Group, one of Western Australia’s oldest residential and community providers, under a three-year agreement.

“Rosewood will be the first aged care provider in WA to be able to take advantage of Swift’s innovative and unique new applications and aged care-specific content library featuring virtual travel, relaxation videos, dementia-specific content, music therapy, and classic drama,” Swift chief executive Xavier Kris said.

Swift also announced it had won a year-long contract to provide its services to the 750 crew onboard Pacific Offshore’s Arcadia vessel, which is carrying out work at Shell’s Prelude floating LNG project in the Browse Basin.

“With Swift already providing its content and connectivity services to the Prelude vessel, this new contract for the Arcadia will mean workers have the best of entertainment available to them regardless of which vessel they are on,” Mr Kris said.

Swift shares were 4.3 per cent higher to 24 cents each at 1:30pm.
