DEVWEST property developers is planning to build a $25 million commercial retail and apartment complex next door to Oriel Café and Brasserie in Subiaco.
Devwest director Tony Hatt did not want to comment on the proposed Hay Street development until it had won City of Subiaco approval but anticipated that the development would start in about 18 months. The proposed development will take place on the site of the Farmers Direct/Ezy Plus and Dive, Ski and Surf Supplies stores, which were devastated by fire in January this year.
