A subcontractor truck driver has been killed in an incident at CBH Group's Kwinana grain terminal.
The site has been shut down and will remain closed until further notice.
CBH says it will be closing its entire network from 4pm today until further notice.
"We are liaising with police and site staff to provide the appropriate support," CBH said in a statement.
"CBH cannot comment further on this incident as an investigation is underway.
"This is a tragic situation and our thoughts are with the family and friends of the people involved."
