The Western Australian Industrial Relations Commission this month approved increases for wage award employees.
Those receiving up to $731.80 per week will now receive an additional $17 each week, and those earning more than $731.80 per week are to receive an extra $15 each week.
The increases do not apply to Employer – Employee Agreements, Workplace Agreements, State enterprise bargaining agreements, Federal certified agreements or Australian Workplace Agreements, unless the agreement specifies it applies.
Most of the increases were effective from June 5.
