SPHINX Restaurants has entered into a lease agreement with the Council for an area of 73 square metres at the north-west corner of the Roe Street car park on James Street.
The initial rent is set at $108,000 per annum with increases of 3 per cent each year during the term. Outgoings, estimated at about $30,000 a year, are to be paid by Sphinx Restaurants.
