CAPE Bouvard Developments is preparing to release its second luxury apartment project at South Beach off-the-plan early next year, following the recent sale of all 17 apartments in its Vueze development. The two- and three-bedroom apartments in the proposed five-level development on Ocean Drive sold for between $965,000 and $1.9 million. Its second project on the site in joint venture with LandCorp, Cibao, will feature 19 apartments running the length of a five-level building, Cape Bouvard marketing and sales manager Greg Byrne said buyers were given the chance to discuss the development, designed by architects Cameron Chisholm & Nicol, in some detail after it established a display office at the Fremantle Sailing Club.
