CITY of Wanneroo acting chief executive officer, Daniel Simms, has been appointed CEO of the City of Gosnells. A former chief executive of the Shire of Dowerin, Mr Simms has had an extensive career in local government, including roles with the Shire of York and City of Kalgoorlie Boulder. He has also held the role of director, governance and strategy for the City of Wanneroo.
