Further to the signing of a heads of agreement formulated in 2004, have signed an Ore Leaching Agreement with BioHeap Ltd, a subsidiary company of Titan Resources. In return for the supply of its technology and services, BioHeap Ltd will receive a licence fee and a royalty to be calculated as a percentage of gross project revenue.
