The company has reached an agreement to dispose of its 20.73% stake in Richmond Holdings (BVI) Ltd to Graham Bibby, Accurate Pacific Ltd and Jetstream Ventures Ltd. The purchase price for the sale of the RHB stake will be 20 million fully paid ordinary shares in the Company.
Resolute Mining Ltd

Has entered into an agreement with Canadian company Golden Star Resources Ltd for the sale to Golden Star of Resolute's Obotan Plant located in Ghana and 4.5% shareholding in Red Back Mining NL for a total price of US$5.5 million. The sale of Resolute's 4.5% shareholding in Red Back Mining is for US$1.24 million (approximately A$0.40 per share) and is subject to approval by Red Back Mining.
