Perth-based SRG Global has secured $100 million in work including on two residential towers at Elizabeth Quay.

SRG has been contracted by D&C Corporation to complete structures work on the $700 million Elizabeth Quay West development, which will have one 270-apartment tower, while another tower will house a further 220 apartments and a hotel with 190 rooms.

Work under the contract will begin immediately until about June 2022, when the apartments are likely to be finished.

SRG said it was the fourth major contract awarded to the company for works in the area.

Its other Elizabeth Quay projects included the pedestrian bridge and work on the Ritz-Carlton hotel.

SRG has also secured its first contract with builder Multiplex to complete specialist facades works on a residential tower in Brisbane.

The scope of works includes the design, supply and installation of engineered curtain wall facades for one of the towers at the Queens Wharf Residences.

Once developed, Queens Wharf will be a mixed-use building that includes a skydeck and recreational facilities.

SRG will begin work on the project immediately and continue until March 2023.

Managing director David Macgeorge said SRG was winning contracts on some of the most important developments in Australia.

SRG has secured $550 million in new work since July, he said.

“Importantly, the contract wins are being achieved across a diversity of sectors and geographies, positioning SRG Global well for long-term, sustainable growth.”

SRG’s contracts secured since July include with Water Corporation, CPB Contractors and South32.

Shares in SRG closed up 9.2 per cent to trade at 36 cents.
