Midland Brick Company has merged two senior management positions and appointed Tom Guthrie to the new position of general manager: new residential, retail sales and marketing. Mr Guthrie, who joined the company in 1976, will continue to manage the retail sales and marketing department and will also oversee the new residential sales department, servicing small, medium and large homebuilders.
