Residential Development Conference

The Property Council of Australia is holding its annual Residential Development Conference with the theme ‘Triple A – Affordability, Approvals and Apartments’, April 28 at the Joondalup Resort. President of the Property Council’s WA Division, Luke Saraceni, will open the events and introduce a host of experts who will speak on the conferences theme. Keynote speakers include: • Greg Paramor – CEO of the Mirvac Group; • Ross Elliott – executive director of the Residential Development Council; • Paddi Creevey – mayor of the City of Mandurah; • Gavin Hegney – chairman of the Hegney Property Group; • Sid Jah – policy officer for the Department of Planning and Infrastructure; and • Nigel Satterley – managing director of Satterley Property Group. Participants will have the chance to learn about the next big thing in property and question the experts as well as network with other industry professionals over a leisurely lunch.
