Scott Linklater has been appointed chief operating officer for the Repcol group of companies. Mr Linklater joins the company from American Express, where he managed a $1.2 billion collections portfolio for its Japan, Asia Pacific and Australian region. He replaces Declan Murphy, who is returning to Sydney.
