Reed Resources and its joint venture partner, Mineral Resources, have received final approval to commence construction of the Mt Marion lithium project near Kalgoorlie.
Reed announced to the ASX today the joint venture had received approval from the Department of Mines and Petroleum and said site works would commence immediately.
Construction of the plant in modular form by Minerals Resources at its Kwinana workshop is well advanced.
The JV is currently finalising the construction timeline and will advise the market in due course.
