Welshpool-based engineering company RCR Tomlinson has appointed United Group executive Paul Dalgleish as its new chief executive, effective from the start of next year.
Mr Dalgleish is currently the chief executive of United Group Infrastructure Pty Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of United Group Ltd.
Prior to that, he was managing director of Singapore-based Montgomery Watson Constructors Pty Ltd, where his responsibilities covered Australia and Asia.
Mr Dalgleish will receive a fixed salary of $800,000 per annum plus short-term and long-term incentives.
