Perth-based online movie rental subscription company Quickflix Ltd has announced a distribution deal with entertainment events website Ticketek, for the promotion of the Quickflix service to Ticketek's online customer base.
Quickflix believes that Ticketek represents an excellent channel for the promotion of its movie rental subscription service, targeting consumers who make their entertainment purchases online.
The deal with Ticketek extends the company's network of distribution partners which includes Optus, ninemsn, and Yahoo!7 and recent deals announced with Hoyts and Coles Online.
Last week Quickflix also announced that it had upgraded its distribution agreement with Optus with a marketing campaign to commence targeting Optus' broadband customers.
Ticketek is Australia's leading ticketing agency for sports and entertainment industries and, according to AC Nielsen figures, its website is ranked in the top 4 online retailers in Australia.
