PRICEWATERHOUSECOOPERS has signed to be the official corporate partner of the Lilac Hill Festival match for the next two years.

Set on the banks of the Swan River in Caversham, the annual festival match is often sold out and usually marks the beginning of international cricket for the summer.

This year’s festival will feature the Pakistan team on December 7.

PwC has been long involved with the event and will sponsor the match day scoreboard, the man-of-the-match award and host a "hit the sign" competition (similar to that in the ING Cup) with the winner receiving $500.

The corporate marquees and garden terrace seating for the event are already sold out.

WACA chief executive and former Test fast bowler Tony Dodemaide will come out of retirement to be one of the star attractions at this year’s match.

His partner in pace for the Australian XI is another former Australian test player Geoff ‘Henry’ Lawson.

General admission tickets this year will be $15 for adults and $10 for concession holders.

For the first time reserved public seating will be available to patrons at a cost of $25 for adults and $17 for children and concession holders.
