Pull The Plug On Negativity

The Corporate Soul is conducting a one day change workshop on Thursday July 24 entitled Pull The Plug On Negativity, at the Mount Lawley Professional Centre.

The workshop has been designed to provide team leaders, supervisors and managers with both the skills and strategy to minimise and manage negativity and develop a positive and productive workplace.

The objectives of the workshop include, developing an insight into the origins of negativity at work; learn effective responses for a planned approach to managing other people’s negativity in a way consistent with creating a productive workplace; and provide opportunities to practise responding differently to negativity in a safe and supportive environment.

Topics that will be covered during the workshop include, understanding negativity at work; a culture of negativity; interacting with negative people; and boosting your immune system against negativity.
