Siberia Mining describes itself as an active acquisition and exploration company, focusing on the Kalgoorlie goldfields.
The company is being formed out of Braeside Australia Limited, which was registered in July 2001.
Ernst & Young were appointed auditors in November 2002.
Siberia Mining is planning to list in April.
