Pretorius to leave Deep Yellow; AIM listing mooted

Uranium explorer Deep Yellow has announced that Leon Pretorius will leave the company after seven years as a senior executive.

The move coincided with Deep Yellow flagging a potential listing on the UK’s Alternative Investment Market. It said it has appointed RFC Corporate Finance as its nominated adviser (Nomad) and Ambrian Partners as its broker in relation to a proposed admission to AIM.

Dr Pretorius is a former executive chairman and managing director of Deep Yellow but has most recently been the Namibian-based managing director of Reptile Uranium Namibia, a wholly owned subsidiary.

An external search for Dr Pretorius’ replacement will commence immediately.
