Perth based companies Polaris Metals and Portman Ltd have resolved their Bungalbin tenements dispute, with Polaris acquiring 100 per cent ownership over three iron ore deposits.
Polaris has also been granted access to Portman's haul road access under specific circumstances.
The dispute, which arose in 2007, surrounded the ownership of iron ore rights in the Yilgarn area.
