PLATINUM Australia has agreed to make a $2.44 million placement to institutions and professional and sophisticated investor clients of Bell Potter Securities.
The 20 cent a share price for the 12.2 million shares on offer has been completed at 97.5 per cent of the market price average of the past five trading days to November 11.
Funds raised will be used to advance the Smokey Hills Platinum Group Metals and Kalaharai Platinum Projects and to provide working capital.
