FORMER National Lifestyle Villages chief executive John Pirie has been recruited by property group Rapley Wilkinson to the position of general manager, business development/strategy. Mr Pirie will be responsible for managing business development and growth of the company’s construction, property and civil/infrastructure divisions. He previously held a range of management positions with Wesfarmers, before joining National Lifestyle Villages in 2005
