Professor Michael Pendleton has joined Deacons as special counsel. Mr Pendleton is a renowned expert in intellectual property, with an interest in regional issues. He will work closely with Deacons’ national IP focus group.
Throughout his career Mr Pendleton has been a member of the Copyright Law Review Committee, chairman of the Law Reform Commission of WA, consultant to Deacons Hong Kong, a professor of law at Murdoch University and foundation director of the Asia Pacific Intellectual Property Law Institute.
