PINJARRA Trotting Club acting manager/secretary Christine Germain and Shire of Waroona president Paul Fitzgerald have been appointed to the Peel Development Commission board.
Local businessman Colin Lane has been re-appointed to the board.
Ms Germain is actively involved in several community groups including St John Ambulance, Waroona Tourist and Information Centre, Waroona Recreation and Advisory Committee, Peel Trails Group and Peel Region Tourism Association.
She is also a Waroona Shire councillor.
Mr Fitzgerald is a descendant of a pioneer family in the Waroona area and has experience in business development and marketing.
He is also a member of the Waroona Economic Development unit, Peel Olive Association, South-West Regional Partnership Group and was recently appointed chairman of the Peel Economic Development Unit.
