PATERSON Ord Minnett has expanded its corporate finance team with the appointment of Andrew McMillan as a director.
Mr McMillan was formerly head of KPMG Corporate Finance’s mergers and acquisitions unit in Perth.
He said his main focus at Paterson would be on industrial companies.
Mr McMillan’s appointment increases the size of Paterson’s corporate finance team to six people.
Under Head of Corporate Finance Aaron Constantine, Paterson has managed more equity capital raisings than any other Perth broking firm in recent years.
