PERTH Convention Exhibition Centre chief executive officer Paul D’Arcy has resigned from his role. Mr D’Arcy joined Spotless Services in 2003 to run the PCEC. The company has promoted Robert Clifford from director of operations to general manager of the PCEC. Prior to joining the PCEC in 2004, Mr Clifford held various positions with Hyatt Hotels in Australia and Asia.
