Paladio Group Ltd has appointed Dennis O’Neill as non-executive director. He will assume the role after the company’s annual general meeting in November. Mr O’Neill was the managing director of United Group Ltd and has held numerous senior positions with private and public companies in Australia and overseas. He was also managing director of Evans Deakin Industries Ltd and senior general manager of a major division of the ANI Group.
