Mix 94.5 has loosened its grip on the number one spot in the latest radio ratings survey as Subiaco-based Nova 93.7 made the biggest jump.
According to the latest Nielsen results from a survey taken from August 2 to September 5 and September 20 to October 24, Mix 94.5 audience share dropped 1.4 per cent on the last survey to 17.7 per cent.
The Austereo station still maintained its lead while sister station 92.9 came in second with an overall audience share of 13.5 per cent, up 1.4 per cent.
Nova 93.7 was the best performer, gaining 1.6 per cent to an audience share of 9.4 per cent, making the DMG Radio Network-owned radio station fifth in the ratings.
96fm lost the most ground, dropping 2 per cent to 9.8 per cent, tying with ABC720 which lost 0.6 per cent, while talk radio station 6PR gained 0.7 per cent to 9.6 per cent.
