NWS Venture LNG Sellers and Chubu Electric Power Company, Inc has signed a sale and purchase agreement for 0.6 million tonnes of LNG a year starting in 2009. The 15-year contract finalises a key terms agreement signed with Chubu Electric in August 2001.
