These include
business plans for (1) Information Network-responsible for the collection and collation of facts about irrigation and irrigated agriculture; (2) Knowledge Network-responsible for synthesis of factual information about irrigation and irrigated agriculture into interpretive knowledge. Tenders nlt 21 Mar 03 (16.00) for one or both business plans will be considered.
