FORMER high-ranking Treasury official Anne Nolan has been appointed to head the Office of Energy.
Ms Nolan has been coordinator of energy for about a year.
Prior to that she was assistant under treasurer (economic) and played a strategic role as chair of the electricity reform implementation steering committee.
