East Perth-based accommodation manufacturer Fleetwood Corporation Ltd has appointed its executive director, Bob McKinnon (above), as managing director of the company, following the resignation of long-serving MD, Greg Tate, from the role. Mr Tate will remain an executive director and will become chief operating officer of the company. Mr McKinnon, formerly managing director at Austal Ltd, will assume his new role from November 1. In other board changes, company chairman Peter Gunzburg will step down from the role after this year’s annual general meeting, in line with the company’s rotation policy. Non-executive director and chairman of Fleetwood’s audit and remuneration committees, Michael Hardy, will become chairman.
