After over 15 years of service, City of Bayswater chief executive officer Mario Carosella has announced his intention to retire on September 30. Mr Carosella has 30 years’ experience in the public sector, including service at an executive level within eight WA local governments, including Armadale, Fremantle and Melville. In his current position, Mr Carosella has overseen the completion of a number of construction projects including the State’s first indoor wave pool, a hostel and the Lightning Park Recreation Centre.
