West Perth-based business finance provider Ledge Finance Ltd has appointed former Coogee Chemicals chief financial officer Geoff Newman to the new role of chairman.
Mr Newman, who left the Coogee group in June, also works as principal of his own corporate and financial advisory business, Geryl Advisory Services. He continues to provide contract finance consultancy services to Coogee Resources Limited as it progresses towards its planned Initial Public Offer targeted for late 2006.
