The Wyllie Group has appointed Ben Batholomaeus as its general manager, assets, and Craig Coleman as a senior adviser. Mr Batholomaeus was previously a senior associate within the mergers and acquisitions and corporate advisory group of national law firm, Clayton Utz, based in Perth. Mr Coleman will step down as managing director of Home Building Society in July, in light of its recent merger with StateWest Credit Society. Paladin appoints O’Hara Paladin Resources Ltd has appointed Brendan O’Hara as general manager, special projects, based in Perth. Mr O’Hara has spent 13 years with the Australian Stock Exchange in various roles including manager, companies (WA), and as state executive director.
